About Us
Victor Sher and Alexander Leff founded Sher Leff LLP on January 1, 2003. The Firm has the sole mission of representing public water suppliers and other public agencies in cases involving contamination of groundwater and drinking water supplies by toxic chemicals. This is the only type of representation that the Firm will accept.

The attorneys at Sher Leff LLP have a deep understanding of the challenges facing public water agencies confronting toxic contamination. They are also experienced trial lawyers. Attorneys at the Firm have tried cases in both federal and state courts, which have resulted in numerous published decisions involving significant environmental issues. Many government agencies and law firms throughout the country regularly consult Sher Leff LLP on litigation issues involving groundwater contamination and toxic torts. Sher Leff LLP currently represents the State of New Hampshire, as well as cities and public water agencies in California and elsewhere in cases involving contamination of drinking water by toxic chemicals.
